Happy Groundhog Day!



Today we celebrated Groundhog Day with chocolate cake made with beets!  Each cake had a groundhog and shadow.

We substituted King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour and used oil in place of the butter. Gluten Free flour made nice tender gluten free cakes.
