Local Lunch at RES!

Today's lunch featured Misty Knoll Chicken, VYCC Butternut Squash & Barley Pilaf, Conant's Corn on the Cob, Monument Farms Milk, Apples from Champlain Orchards and Pears from Washington state. 

Local options on the Salad Bar included: pickled beets from Jericho Settlers Farm, Carrots from VYCC, Onions from VCCC and Cottage Cheese from Cabot Dairy.
